Training and accreditation

We offer regular training courses and webinars to help new Channel Partners get up to speed with our products; for existing Partners taking new products and to provide ongoing support, as we develop the product range.

  • We provide instructor-led and web-based training courses covering the support of all of our products
  • These courses carry an accreditation for those that successfully pass the associated test
  • We can also arrange onsite bespoke training where there is sufficient demand
  • The training courses provide a deep understanding of our products, how to order them and how to provide first level technical support

Horizon training is part of Gamma’s accreditation program, and so will be charged at £1000 per reseller, in order to be accredited one person needs to attend and pass each of the three modules – Sales, Technical and Provisioning. This charge will be credited back when you either order a demo kit, or place your first Horizon Company order on the Gamma Portal once you are fully accredited.

The ‘Technical’ course is designed for technical installation engineers, but provisioning and support staff may also find this course useful. All delegates attending this course must have a sound knowledge of telecoms and PBX features and functionality.

As Horizon is an IP product, attendees ideally must also have a basic understanding of networks including WANs, LANs, switches, routers, firewalls etc. At the end of each Technical course your course instructor will evaluate each delegate for accreditation. The evaluation will be judged based on areas such as participation during the course, the ability to complete the course practicals and the knowledge that each delegate has obtained to allow them to successfully install, administer and support Horizon.

These courses are in great demand, and spaces are very limited, so we recommend reserving spaces as soon as possible. You may book a maximum of one attendee per reseller per course, this is so that we can accommodate as many companies as possible on these sessions.

No shows on the day of the course will be charged at £250 per person.
