Route 101 gain Platinum Partner status with Gamma

Route 101 has been awarded Platinum Partner status by UCaaS partner Gamma.

This achievement is a credit to Route 101’s long-standing relationship with Gamma and reflects criteria such as customer service, revenue achieved and technical excellence, and the expertise in the products and solutions Route 101 provision and support with Gamma.

To gain Platinum Partner status, Route 101 needed to meet several high-level objectives and requirements. This achievement gives Route 101 access to a host of additional benefits including training, support, and premium marketing packages.

Russell Attwood, CEO – Route 101, commented on this achievement:

“We’re delighted to have been awarded Platinum Partner status by Gamma. Route 101 has been working with Gamma for several years now and the partnership and our capabilities continue to go from strength to strength. Our accreditation as a Platinum Partner is a testament to the hard work and expertise of our team and I look forward to the continued growth of our partnership. With the upcoming deadline from BT around the elimination of ISDN in 2025, and the increasing requirement for voice-enabling Microsoft Teams, the hosted solutions Gamma offers are an incredibly valuable element in our portfolio.”

Daryl Pile, Managing Director – Channel at Gamma, said of Route 101’s recent achievement:

“Gamma is delighted to welcome Route 101 onboard as a Platinum Partner, an achievement well-deserved and recognised.

Achieving Platinum Partner status, Route 101 will now benefit from additional training and resources through the dedicated Platinum courses on the Gamma Academy, as well as a range of marketing benefits, all of which will allow them to continue delivering trusted and reliable communication services to their customers.’’
