The Channel Champions awards took place on Thursday 1st July with the ceremony held as a summer garden party in London’s Regents Park. Hosted by Comms Dealer magazine, the awards acknowledged the impressive achievements and recognised individual teams across the channel community. Gamma took home the trophy for Executive Leadership Team, and also received Highly Commended for the Sales Support Team.
The new event, formerly known as the Comms Dealer Sales and Marketing Awards, saw attendees from across the channel get together to celebrate their teams’ achievements, and enjoy being able to meet in person at the open-air venue. Cally Beaton, stand-up comedian, compered the ceremony and provided plenty of light entertainment.
The judges of the Executive Leadership Team award were looking for a consistent record of achievement from a leadership team that has demonstrated a range of qualities over the course of 2020 and into the first quarter of 2021. The Gamma entry celebrated our acquisition strategy, product roadmap, staff initiatives, and the COVID-19 support that we offered our channel partners.
