Leading supplier of communication solutions to the UK business market, Gamma, has enabled sales and marketing success for leading telecoms channel partner Midshire earlier this year with their self-serve partner marketing portal – Accelerate. The platform allowed the reseller to improve business systems, streamline marketing processes and ultimately increase sales.
Gamma’s Accelerate platform is now reaching more than 670 channel partners, and is designed to encourage resellers to effectively engage with their customer base and drive new leads. The platform provides the sales arsenal, including customisable collateral and workflows, to sell products from the full Gamma product range and enable channel partners the added autonomy of tailoring their own integrated, white label campaigns.
One such partner was office technology reseller, Midshire who recently sought a solution to help manage and schedule multiple communication programmes with the combination of legacy systems they had accumulated since 2002.
Having found that syncing up marketing activities such as nurture campaigns, emailers and social media posts was problematic, Midshire’s marketing team wanted to improve the quality and quantity of campaign activity and reduce the daily workload of the team in order to focus on other marketing channels.
Initially attracted by the fact that using Accelerate removed the issue of combining several different tools and fundamentally streamline the process; the marketing team found that they were saving considerable time using the portal’s integrated campaigns and workflows.
Reducing the workload of their marketing team through the adoption of Accelerate’s easy-to-use campaigns, the Midshire team also found they had improved the quality and quantity of marketing activity.
