To tackle the vast increase of IT Partners and MSPs making a move into the broader voice market, Gamma has introduced a new business channel designed to focus solely on the dedicated new partner onboarding programme. The programme was created in order to implement a more seamless onboarding process in the face of the vast increase of this new breed of partner looking to diversify their product portfolio and add cloud telephony services to their offering.
The onboarding programme has the aim of improving the broader customer experience, enabling partners to hit the ground running and start growing their business with Gamma more quickly. The programme ensures that new partners are promptly equipped with appropriate knowledge of the Gamma product suite and self-training tools including the extensive online knowledgebase and training hub, the Gamma Academy along with Gamma’s Accelerate marketing platform. Accelerate allows partners to hit the ground running with marketing campaigns, giving them a self-serve platform to manage lead generation and customer engagement.
One example of the new generation of Channel Partners, seeking to make waves in the voice telephony market was Ensign Communications, whose Sales Director, Chris Byrne commented on Gamma’s onboarding programme:

With Gamma personnel on call and partners encouraged to self-train, utilising the online self-serve portal, the new programme has allowed new partners to grow with Gamma and drive sales straight away.
