Welcome to this month’s edition of Communicate, in which we are delighted to announce the return of our annual conference, GX Summit!

Yes, GX Summit is back – and this year we’re bringing the event to you!

Many of you will probably remember receiving your invites to our physical event which was scheduled to take place in June. While we were disappointed that we weren’t able to meet in person, we’ve been back to the drawing board and I’m pleased to announce that GX Summit 2020 will be making its virtual debut on October 21st.

We’ve been carefully planning and adapting this much-anticipated event to ensure that you don’t miss out on any of the insights or key takeaways you would usually gain from the physical event that we’re all so used to. The only difference? This year you can enjoy the GX Summit from the comfort of your own office/ home/ garden!

We’ll be releasing the full agenda shortly; in the meantime, read on to discover more about this year’s event, including our 2020 theme, fantastic keynote speaker, sponsors and – most importantly – how to register! If you haven’t attended one of our previous GX Summits, you can also catch up on some of our 2019 highlights for a taster of what’s in store.

And if you’re already ‘sold’, you can head straight to our registration page here.

We look forward to ‘seeing’ you there this October!

If you have any questions about anything mentioned in this month’s newsletter, your CDM will be happy to help. You can contact them on 0333 014 0333 – pressing option 4.

GX Summit 2020 – Register today!

Gamma’s annual customer conference, GX Summit, returns for 2020 – and this time we’re bringing the event to you!

We’re inviting you to spend the day with us in the first ever virtual GX Summit as we explore the innovative ways businesses are adapting, advancing and re-imagining their digital strategies in the face of uncertainty.

Last year’s attendees were urged to carefully consider the digital foundations and building blocks needed to effectively compete in a world of contact change – and no one could have predicted the monumental change we’ve faced since then!

Over the past 6 months, business leaders and tech heads alike have had to Re-imagine the way in which they operate, service customers and engage employees at a rapid pace, with Digital Transformation proving more crucial than ever.

Technology implementation and adoption has proved a recent lifeline, both in our personal and professional lives. However, now that many businesses have adapted to new, temporary, ways of working, a new challenge arises… What comes next?..

GX Summit 2020 will tackle this challenge head-on as we look towards the new future of work and explore why now is the time to Re-imagine your own digital transformation strategy.

Keynote speaker: Rugby World Cup winner, Sir Clive Woodward OBE

Keynote speaker: Sir Clive Woodward OBE!

Last year we were delighted to be joined by Steven Van Belleghem from Nexxworks as our headline speaker. Steven’s new book, Customers the Day After Tomorrow – a story about the future of customer relations in a world of artificial intelligence, automation and bots – has sold over 10,000 copies, and our audiences were gripped by his top level insights.

We’re thrilled to announce that, this year, we’re being joined by another expert keynote speaker – Sir Clive Woodward OBE will be joining us virtually!

After famously guiding England to victory in the 2003 Rugby World Cup and three Six Nations tournaments, Clive was universally credited with bringing professionalism, cutting edge techniques and new management skills to English rugby.

Sir Clive Woodward’s keynote will draw on his first-hand experience, both on and off the field, to deliver his unique insight into what it takes to create a successful ‘winning’ culture in the midst of accelerated digital transformation.

Don’t miss out on your chance to hear Sir Clive speak in October. Register to book your place.

Take a look back at GX Summit 2019 to get a taster of what’s in store. The only difference? This year you can enjoy the event from the comfort of your own office / home / garden!

Centred around the theme of Foundations, GX Summit 2019 returned to The Royal Institution in 2019 and challenged guests to think about the scale and pace of their digital transformation strategies – and the technology that underpins them.

Industry leading speakers from the likes of Nexxworks, Three and Cirrus all took the stand to guide their audiences through the next wave of transformation and digital endurance.
