Following the new EU GDPR legislation you’ll need to physically opt-in to our communications in order to continue to receive them. These updates could include important information regarding legislation, product updates and pricing which may affect your Gamma services, industry compliance and even your bill! If you’re not opted-in, you’ll miss these.
You’ll also need to ensure we’re on your ‘safe senders’ list. You can do this by searching for previous communications which might have found their way into your spam or junk mail and saving us as an approved sender. The GDPR is a regulation intended to strengthen and unify data protection for all individuals within the European Union (EU). The government has confirmed that the UK’s decision to leave the EU will not affect the commencement of the GDPR.
It will affect how an individual’s data can be stored, used and will have an impact on businesses who use such data to market and deliver their services.
