Gamma, a UK leading provider of “Cloud First” SIP, IP telephony, data and mobile solutions for the Public Sector, is delighted to announce that it has been awarded places on three further lots on the new Network Services 2 Framework Agreement (RM3808), run by the Crown Commercial Service (CCS).
Gamma has now been awarded places for Lots 5, 10 and 13: IP Telephony Services, Unified Communications and Contact Centre Services. This is in addition to the recently awarded lots for Data Access services, Local Connectivity services, Traditional Telephony services, Inbound Telephony services, Mobile Voice and Data services, Video Conferencing services and Audio Conferencing services.
This new framework directly replaces the legacy RM1045 contract from July 2019 and is an approved route for procuring cloud-based telecommunications and network services for the Public Sector, primarily supporting the Government’s “Cloud First” policy and providing the underlying technological foundations for digital transformation programmes.
The award recognises Gamma’s continued commitment to providing high quality communications solutions to the Public Sector and follows several years of growth in the Public Sector unit, which is focussed on being ‘easy to do business with’ by helping to reduce the burden of managing communications estates for telecoms and IT managers, whilst also reducing costs.
Sam Winterbottom, Head of Public Sector at Gamma commented: “We are extremely pleased to have secured these three further awards, allowing us to support Public Sector organisations on their digital transformation journeys with a complete portfolio of voice, data, mobile and unified communications services. As an approved supplier on a number of frameworks, including the outgoing RM1045 as well as the new GCloud 11 and HSCN (RM3825) frameworks, we are delighted to expand the opportunity to work with even more organisations across the UK, help them move their communications to the Cloud and help them do more with less.’’
