Thank you to everyone who joined us for our annual Customer Conference at The Royal Institute of Great Britain in May. The agenda for the day was packed with valuable industry updates, a round-up on the latest technology and insights into the changing digital workplace.
Opening the conference, our Managing Direct David Macfarlane shared the impact of technology changes in the industry and the need for businesses to embrace Digital Transformation to drive future growth. We were then joined by a panel of existing Gamma customers for a live Q+A on how they are already implementing digital strategies in their businesses and the lessons learned along the way.
Our audience experienced what it’s like to be a Dragon in a lively session watching our sponsors pitch their latest products with the hope of winning their Gamma dollars:
In the afternoon session, customers had a choice of nine presentations, over 3 streamed sessions, covering a variety of industry hot topics and updates from the senior Gamma team, including the impact of Millennials in the workplace, Ethernet Everywhere and Born Digital.
To close, Nancy Rademaker from Nexxworks wowed the audience with her presentation on Extreme Customer Centricity – giving everyone a different perspective on the ‘new normal’ and how to focus on the day after tomorrow in order to thrive in today’s digital world.
