Meet Neil, our Business Development Executive.
When did you join Gamma? I joined Gamma in January 2014.
What’s your industry ‘hot topic’? Next-generation technology is where my strength lies. As businesses look to utilise ever-developing technologies, such as SIP and hosted telephony, due to early investment and adaptation, I am able to provide customers with the best possible solution to suit their needs.
What did you do before Gamma? Prior to Gamma, I worked as a Forex Broker in the city, primarily working with clients who have operations across the EU, USA and Australasia.
Do you have any achievements that you’re proud to tell us about? I graduated with a Bsc Hons from the University of Exeter. I also played rugby for the South of England and Harlequins EPDC whilst at college.
What are your hobbies outside of work? I’m a keen golfer and avid follower of sport. I enjoy cooking and have recently purchased my first home.
And finally, a little bit about you? I’m originally from Jersey but grew up overseas as my father was in the military. I lived in Germany until I was 12 years old, before moving to Cyprus and on to the middle east. I then completed school and college in Brighton and would often travel to Austria in the winter holidays and work as a ski instructor.

On 20th September our team present the latest product updates, tips on how you can hit sales targets

For the past three years Neil has entered the Aberdovey Charity Bike Ride. The annual event is hosted by individuals from the West Midlands police service and to date has raised over £1Million for charity.
This year the four day challenge ride set off from Wolverhampton on a route that saw the 60 entrants ride to and around the peak district and then back to Wolverhampton where they met up with the 600 one day riders for the main charity ride.
So far the money raised for the chosen charities is well over £153,000!
Day One – 87.5 miles through Staffordshire to their base at Pott Shrigley Hall in the Peak District.
Day Two – 124.4 miles loop around the Peak District, taking in iconic climbs such as Peaslows, Holme Moss and Winnatts Pass.
Day Three – 93 miles back to Wolverhampton (cut short by storm Hector)
Day Four – 125 Miles from Wolverhampton to the seaside town of Aberdovey via the challenging climb of Dinas.
