FeaturePlus® is a fully white-labelled, hosted ip telephony solution designed for both the small office and home office. It enables a business to administer and control its telephony (including a whole array of calling and network features) through an on-line control panel. The service can either be provided with analogue phones or IP phones, depending on the customer's preferences and size of offices.

How does it work?

FeaturePlus can be use with either analogue phones or IP Phones. The hardware comes pre-configured from Gamma and is delivered and ready to use in a matter of days, not weeks. The 'On Screen' interface opens up access into a brand new world where your customers are in control of what happens to their telephone calls - be it handling inbound calls or managing how calls are made.

Calls are routed over a broadband connection to the Gamma network, so your customers will benefit from our lower calling costs. Couple this with FREE site to site calls and reduced line rentals and your customers will see a reduction of their telephone bills and yet experience improved functionality with their service.

Who is it aimed at?

The service is ideal for a multi-sited business with branch offices (up to 7 extensions) or a business with home/remote workers; as well as the above benefits these businesses can take advantage of remote user management (including moves, adds and changes), a unified short-code dial plan for all users and zero-rated site-to-site calls.
