In 2011 Gamma appointed the workplace
engagement organisation Best Companies Ltd to undertake an employee
survey, assessing all areas of the employment experience including
leadership, personal development, wellbeing, and remuneration.
"Best Companies" Accreditation is a highly respected process in the
United Kingdom and Gamma is delighted to announce that we achieved
this upon our first ever attempt. We now have Best Companies One
Star Accreditation, 2012, within the small (50 to 249 employees)
company category.
Far from being a one-off activity, Gamma will continue to work
with Best Companies to review the survey results and channel these
towards improving the employment experience. We will be
participating in the Best Companies process again in 2012, for 2013
accreditation and will be aiming for either two-star status for
individual group companies within the small company category, or
(at least) one-star status across the group as a whole in the
mid-sized company category.
